At Swami Samarth Math, we value your support and devotion. We strive to provide a transparent and smooth experience for all devotees making donations or booking Abhishek services through our website.
Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making any payments.
1. Donations
Donations made to Swami Samarth Math are non-refundable.
Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled or reversed, as these funds are used immediately for charitable and religious purposes.
Please ensure you verify the donation amount and details before proceeding with the payment.
2. Abhishek Bookings
Cancellation Requests: If you have booked an Abhishek service and wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us at [Insert Email/Phone Number].
Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Abhishek will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows: If you do not attend the booked Abhishek or fail to inform us, no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are subject to deduction of any applicable transaction or service charges.
4. Technical Payment Failures
In case of technical issues where your payment is deducted but not reflected on our system:

After verification, if applicable, a full refund or appropriate resolution will be provided.
